Shipping Information:
We ship to continental U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Shipping to Canada, AK, and HI will be generally higher, and would advise to contact us for shipping quote.We currently do not offer any shipping to other countries. We usually ship 1~2 days after payment is made via UPS or US Postal Service.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We strive to meet our goal of customer satisfaction. We offer one year warranty for DVR, All in one DVR and complete DVR kits against manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship. For these systems, optional three year extended warranty is also available for purchase. For CCTV Cameras, DVR components and other acccessories, we offer 14 day guarantee against manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship.
If an item is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective item. Any shipping charges incurred should be paid by the customer. We will not be responsible to warrant damaged products due to customer's abuse or neglect.
